An unidentified sergeant of the Army Service Corps.
He wears four medals the first of which appears to be the 1877-79 South Africa Medal for service in the Anglo-Zulu War with the "1879" clasp. The two center medals are the 1882-89 Egypt Medal with one clasp and the bronze Khedive's Star. The last medal could be the Long Service & Good Conduct Medal or the Meritorious Service Medal.
The photograph is unfortunately unidentified.
